Blogging dummied down
The weapon of choice is wordpress for many bloggers just starting out. It’s easy, fast to install and has many options to make it real pretty. However, some newbies to blogging complain about its learning curve.
An alternative to wordpress’s robust blogging software is the following…
All you have to do to dummy down wordpress is install a new plugin called Simple CMS and it is real cool for turning wordpress into a very simple to use website/CMS site.
Before you go using mass blog management tools such as FirePow you may want to try the above system first to see if all this blogging and internet marketing is for you or not. Why is because many people just getting started have a tendency to buy up all kinds of ebooks and tools related to internet marketing just to find themselves over whelmed and in credit card debt months later.
All this can be avoided if you just start slow with an easy blog system blogging about something you dig. Not forgetting to weave your affliate links through out your content just inclease you’d like to make a few bucks while you blog.
Must have wordpress admin plugin
Firepow has loads of wordpress plug-ins and it installs them for you. All you have to do within Firepow’s admin area is check the boxes next to the plug-in you want installed.
One plug-in I’ve not seen in Firepow (but can be added) allows you to trasform your wordpress admin page navigation into cool drop down menus containing links to every section of your blog. Way cool! No matter how long you’ve been using wordpress, you still spend a few seconds looking for that plug-ins link! Not anymore with this plug-in.
